JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Operations at the Centre

• Customer registration & Onboarding

• Vital measurement and recording

• Recommending patients to right doctors based on symptom checker analysis

• Quick consultation with empaneled doctors

• Specialist consultation booking and schedule

• Medicine booking and dispensation as per customers preference

• Perform inhouse available test at the center based on Doctor's prescriptions

• Collect samples for pathology test based on Doctor's prescriptions

• Book and refer patients to partner Radiology Laboratory based on Doctor's prescriptions

• Track and follow up on leads generated through health camps to improve patient conversion, repeat visits and overall Centre revenue.

• Promote Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Kavach Card offerings during patient interactions, health camps and community outreach activities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Kavach Card services.

• Drive patient walk-ins at the Centre by converting leads generated through health camps and community activities.

• Generate qualified patient leads through health camps, community outreach activities and local engagement initiatives.

• Plan and conduct health camps in the assigned area to create awareness.
