Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate fresher Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care, assist doctors, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and record patients vital signs.
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and infection control.
• Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Report changes in patient conditions to senior nurses or doctors.
• Follow hospital safety standards and nursing protocols.

Required Skills

• Basic nursing and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team.

Requirements

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
