Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Matria Hospital, located in Kozhikode. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing intensive medical care to newborns, monitoring their vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and supporting families during stressful times. Additionally, the Staff Nurse will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of care and maintain accurate and timely nursing records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care, and ability to monitor vital signs and administer treatments
• Strong patient care and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and provide emotional support to families
• Current nursing license and certifications relevant to neonatal care
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a NICU setting is beneficial
