Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is based in Kozhikode. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, educating families on care procedures, and maintaining patient records. The role also includes assisting in medical procedures and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in neonatal care, pediatric nursing, and working in an NICU setting
• Skills in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with protocols
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent, with current nursing license
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
