Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Staff Nurse role based at Meitra Hospital, Kozhikode. The Staff Nurse will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and guidelines. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate medical records, assisting in medical procedures, and delivering patient and family education as necessary. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care techniques, including assessment, monitoring, and administering medications.
• Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, hospital policies, and medical procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family education and team collaboration.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for responding to urgent medical situations.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration and Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Knowledge of advanced equipment and technology in ICU and operation theatre settings is an advantage.
• Commitment to compassionate care and patient-centered professionalism.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting is beneficial, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
