Staff Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and monitor patients health conditions
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors
Record and maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing notes
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care procedures
Prepare patients for medical procedures and post-operative care
Handle medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional support
Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and ethical standards
