Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated **Staff Nurse** with 5 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, and assisting doctors in medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in hospitals or clinical settings.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in medical procedures and ensure proper care of patients before, during, and after treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in health conditions.
• Ensure adherence to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-treatment care, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
• Support the hospital staff in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients.
  
  

Qualifications

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.
• Strong understanding of nursing protocols, patient care techniques, and hospital procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Compassionate, caring attitude towards patients.
• Salary:** 20,000 - 22,000 per month
