Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse based in Lucknow. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients, and keeping detailed records of patients progress. They will work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality clinical care. Additional responsibilities include assisting in medical procedures, educating patients and their families about treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained across all areas of the hospital.
Qualifications
- Proven clinical skills in patient care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
- Knowledge of medical procedures, infection control, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide patient education.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring progress.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies effectively.
- State-recognized nursing certification or degree (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing, GNM).
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and licensing in India.
- Prior experience in critical care, emergency care, or surgical settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
