Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Azeezia Hospital, based in Palakkad. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist doctors during procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, maintaining medical records, maintaining infection control protocols, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The Staff Nurse should collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures
• Knowledge of infection control practices and ability to adhere to safety protocols
• Proficiency in maintaining medical records and ensuring accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, particularly in emergency and critical care settings
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license
• GNM/BSc Nursing Preferred
• Previous experience in a multi-speciality hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred
