Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in Perintalmanna. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including pre- and post-operative care, assisting in medical and surgical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions. The role involves maintaining meticulous records, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care practices, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Experience in assisting with medical and surgical procedures specific to ENT care
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of infection control and safety practices in a medical setting
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license
• Previous experience in an ENT or similar specialty is preferred
