Job Summary
Artha Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with ICU experience to provide high-quality clinical care to senior residents. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients with complex medical conditions, supporting critical care needs, and ensuring the highest standards of geriatric healthcare in a senior living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care and support to elderly residents.
- Monitor and record residents vital signs and health condition regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical reports.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate residents health updates to doctors, team members, and families.
- Work closely with caregivers and other staff to ensure proper care for residents.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- 23 years of clinical experience, including ICU or critical care exposure.
Required Skills
- Strong critical care and patient monitoring skills.
- Knowledge of geriatric care and chronic disease management.
- Ability to respond quickly in medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
