Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Staff Nurse, located in Indore. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assisting physicians and healthcare professionals during medical procedures. Daily responsibilities include maintaining patient records, ensuring patient comfort, and delivering post-treatment care as per protocol. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and adhering to healthcare compliance standards is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in patient care, clinical assessments, and monitoring vitals
• Skilled in administering medications and providing post-treatment care
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and infection control
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Relevant nursing certification or degree (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing or GNM)
• Valid nursing license from the appropriate governing body
• Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings is a plus
