Position: Staff Nurse (ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing)

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Reports To: Nursing Superintendent / Ward In-Charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and dedicated nursing professionals (ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing) to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, assisting doctors, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.).

Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed

Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and emergencies

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation

Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hygiene protocols

Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care routines

Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for patient care

Maintain inventory and proper usage of medical supplies

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute

Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration

Experience: 1–4 years in a hospital/clinical setting

Skills Required:

Strong clinical and patient care skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle emergencies

Teamwork and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge for documentation

Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts (Day/Night)

Ability to work in high-pressure healthcare environments
