Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team at Anderson Diagnostics and Labs in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assisting in laboratory services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and safety standards. Collaboration with physicians, lab technicians, and other healthcare professionals is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in patient care, monitoring, and medical assessments
- Proficient in executing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as per protocol
- Experience in charting, record-keeping, and hospital information systems
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols in a diagnostic or patient care environment
- Active nursing license and qualification in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. in Nursing
- Prior experience in diagnostic centers or similar healthcare setups is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and patient well-being
