KRA 1: Improvement in % of breakdown of area under control

Area under control - kiln-1& coal mill-1.

% of Breakdown reduction, Measure in %, Target - 2% reduction from the average of last 3 years (0.56 %)

These may be achieved with adharing to following,

- Proper adherence to daily check list of section equipments.

- Planning and section weekly maintenance.

- Implementation of CLIRT technique to avoid premature failures.

- Giving inputs to section incharges for preparing RCA (Why-Why Analysis) for break downs.

- Conducting training programes to the employees to improve maintainance practices.

- by implementing and monitoring Maintenance schedules ESS, EAM , check lists etc.

KRA 2: Improvement in % of MTBF of area under control

Area under control - kiln-1& coal mill -1.

Improvement in MTBF, Target - 5% increase from the average of last 3 years (Hrs)

These may be achieved with adharing to following,

- Minimize repeated stoppages by doing why why analysis.

- Implementation of CLIRT technique to avoid premature failures.

KRA 3: Major overhauling

1. Gearbox Overhauling

2. Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic system overhauling.

3. Overhauling and replacement of VRM rollers

KRA 4: Nos of Kaizens / projects for improvement.

No of Suggestions / Kaizens to be implemented

Kaizens implementation . 3 Nos per year.

KRA 5:Safety Performance

1. Zero reportable injuries in kiln-1& coal mill-1

2. Completion of identified SCAR points all unit-1, - 100% compliance to safety audit with in 15 days.

- Adherence to tool box talk, task observations, SOPs and work permit system

- Reporting near miss incidents
