2)MDP planning for staff and FLE.

Job Context & Major Challenges

UltraTech Cement Limited Unit - Sonar Bangla Cement Works is Grinding Unit with an installed capacity to produce 3.6 MTPA. The plant consists of 2 Cement mills, One roller press. Unit was commissioned in the year 2013. Further slag mill is under construction and on commissioning of the same the production capacity will be enhanced to 4.2 MTPA of cement.

Key Result Areas

• Increasing uptime of mill by doing proper maintenance
• Doing Preventive and Opportunity Maintenance timely
• Timely making of PR as per budget
• Follow all safety standard
• Increasing uptime of mill by doing proper maintenance
• Ensure proper follow-up & coordination with Subordinate to maintain departmental requirements
• Equipment spare stock maintain & procurement
• Stoppage Reduction
• Ensure maximum mill availability
