Job Description
Purpose:
To execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of control and instrumentation systems in the membrane-based Caustic Soda and Value-Added Products plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while maximizing plant availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments, analyzers, PLC, DCS, and control systems.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime of plant equipment.
- Calibrate and maintain instrumentation systems for process reliability and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Support plant operations during startups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
