What You'll Do

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
• Drive architectural decisions aligned with business goals and industry standards.
• Solve complex technical challenges with pragmatic solutions.
• Lead design/code reviews, performance testing, and advanced debugging.
• Explore and prototype emerging technologies to improve architecture.

Project Leadership & Execution

• Own large-scale, cross-functional projects from design to deployment.
• Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Mentorship & Coaching

• Mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence.
• Share best practices and promote a culture of collaboration and learning.

Strategic Impact

• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps.
• Recommend and adopt new tools/technologies.
• Enhance processes, standards, and system reliability.

Who are you

• 8-12 years of experience in backend engineering.
• Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams.
• Deep understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and industry best practices, with a keen interest in staying up to date with advancements in the field.
• Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
• Experience with webRTC is a plus
