Strong working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server configuration, and dependency mapping.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc).
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and use of Flow Designer.
Experience in working in an Agile or DevOps-driven environment.
Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), GRC, or HRSD.
Understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
Experience working on large-scale, global ServiceNow implementations.
Knowledge of CMDB best practices, health dashboards, and data normalization.
Mentoring the team members to meet the clients needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.

Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
