Lead end-to-end program management for complex product deployments, integrations, and custom development initiatives across multiple workstreams
Partner with product strategy, development, data science, and business teams to shape innovative product solutions aligned with client objectives
Drive technical feasibility assessments and prototyping efforts, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical execution
Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches
Facilitate go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution, coordinating across technical, commercial, and implementation teams
Manage program budgets, timelines, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
Serve as primary liaison between clients, product teams, engineering teams, and executive leadership
Lead regular stakeholder meetings, executive briefings, and steering committee sessions to ensure alignment and transparency
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints in collaboration with solution architects
Navigate complex organizational dynamics across client IT teams, vendor partners, and internal cross-functional teams
Build consensus among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives
Manage escalations and conflicts with diplomacy and data-driven decision-making
Provide technical program oversight for end-to-end architecture including CRM integration, ETL pipelines, data lakes, analytics platforms, and engagement tools
Ensure architectural decisions support modularity, scalability, rapid iteration, and pharma compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
Evaluate microservices-based and modular architectures, cloud deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration patterns
Assess third-party platforms and tools (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud) for technical fit and integration complexity
Review architectural blueprints, technical design documents, and integration specifications to identify risks and dependencies
Understand data warehouse, data lake, and analytics architectures to effectively manage data engineering teams and initiatives
Lead Agile/Scrum program management using frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or custom scaled agile approaches
Facilitate PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning across multiple teams
Manage program-level backlogs, epics, and feature roadmaps in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Track and report on KPIs including velocity, burndown, cycle time, quality metrics, and business value delivered
Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in collaboration with engineering teams
Implement agile best practices including iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and customer feedback loops
Drive dependency management across teams and resolve blockers proactively
Oversee deployment of complete product ecosystems in client or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Manage complex integration programs involving ETL pipelines, CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva), ERP, and MDM platforms
Coordinate product configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities across technical and business teams
Lead change management and user adoption strategies including training programs and stakeholder enablement
Establish operational excellence frameworks for deployed solutions including monitoring, support, and enhancement cycles
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on operational metrics, user feedback, and evolving business needs
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Ensure security-by-design principles and compliance with pharma data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP)
Coordinate security reviews, audit logging implementation, encryption strategies, and access control frameworks
Establish quality assurance processes including test strategy, UAT coordination, and defect management
Implement governance frameworks for decision-making, change control, and issue resolution
Provide technical program leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, data scientists, and client IT teams
Build high-performing program teams through effective communication, coaching, and performance management
Foster collaborative culture across distributed, multi-disciplinary teams
Develop team capabilities in agile practices, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage technical teams including GenAI engineers, data scientists/engineers, and web application developers

Skillset

12+ years in technology program/project management, including leadership of complex, cloud-based solution delivery programs
BE, BTech, or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven track record managing enterprise-scale programs with budgets exceeding $5M+ and teams of 20+ members
Expert-level Agile program management experience using SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks
Deep proficiency with project management tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence
Strong understanding of program governance, PMO practices, and portfolio management
Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with complex interdependencies
Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, change management, and stakeholder communication
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies
Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models (SaaS, on-prem, hybrid)
Knowledge of integration architectures including ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code
Strong understanding of big data solutions and analytical techniques
4+ years understanding of batch/real-time processing systems and distributed computing concepts
Ability to comprehend technical architecture diagrams, review design documents, and assess technical risks
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and design principles
Hands-on understanding of ETL processes and performance optimization techniques
Active participation experience in architecture design and discussions
7+ years in pharma business consulting or pharma technology delivery with deep understanding of commercial operations
Hands-on program experience with pharma data sources: SHS, LAAD, Plan Trak, and IQVIA datasets (APLD, LAAD, MIDAS)
Understanding of HCP sales analytics, digital marketing metrics, and prescription trend analysis
Experience managing programs involving patient-level data analytics, RWD data lakes, and claims data (Optum, DRG, IQVIA)
Knowledge of IQVIA/IMS datasets for patient insights, market dynamics, and global benchmarking
Understanding of commercial and marketing analytics including forecasting, competitive intelligence, sales analytics (sizing, structuring, segmentation)
Deep understanding of pharma data compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
Knowledge of brand, sales, and medical affairs analytical needs
Experience managing integration programs with pharma-specific platforms: Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud
Understanding of CRM, ERP, MDM, and marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of data integration patterns and ETL/ELT tool ecosystems
Familiarity with analytics and BI platforms supporting pharmaceutical use cases
4+ years understanding of programming concepts (preferably Python) to effectively communicate with development teams
Understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis) and event-driven architectures
Knowledge of data governance and catalog tools (Alation, Collibra, Informatica)
