Role Summary

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership for our T3 NPS (National Production Services) platform. This role requires deep expertise in designing and building scalable, secure, cloud-native systems, along with strong full-stack capabilities and architecturalownership. You will drive key technical decisions, mentor engineers, and modernize our platform using modern and AI-assisted engineering practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead design of scalable, secure, event-driven microservices and define standards for reliability, performance, and observability.
• Drive cloud-native modernization on AWS using Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and distributed system patterns (Kafka, SNS/SQS).
• Deliver end-to-end features using Python/.NET Core backends and ReactJS/Angular frontends.
• Establish strong testing, security, performance, and operational excellence practices.
• Promote AI-assisted development and identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and partner with Product and Business teams on scalable solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with senior technical leadership.
• Strong background in cloud-native, distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Python, ReactJS/Angular, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Expertise in containers, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
• Solid understanding of security, reliability, and performance engineering.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and interest in applying AI at scale.
