Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Technically Own complete Layout design & Verifications of GPIOs.
- Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.
- Own Layout quality sign-off & checklist at different milestones to ensure quality deliverables to SOC.
- Continuous improvement and development of Layout design and verification methodologies for improving quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all Infineon Quality/Process practices for library development.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Analog / IO layout designs in planar /FinFet technology nodes.
- Experience with analog layout techniques such as common centroid, interdigitation, shielding, dummy devices, EM aware routing on critical block, and must be versed with with VXL compliant methodology.
- Layout Automation using SKILL/PERL/Python is a plus
- Very Good Knowledge on GPIO layouts and performing Layoutverifications.
- Should have Solid experience in Layout design and Verifications of allthe blocks of a GPIO library like Driver, predriver, receiver, ESDclamps.
- Should be in position to independently work on the LayoutImplementation starting with floorplanning, placement , IO ringImplementation , IO Bus design .
- Good understanding of ESD & LU concepts and corresponding Layout Implementation strategies and challenges.
- Familiarity in various physical verification checks DRC, LVS, DFM,ERC, EM, IR etc.
