Strong Knowledge of any one Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and experience cloud.
Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder configurations.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Lightning applications and components for a seamless user experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes.
