Job Summary
As a Junior Consultant - Digital Banking, you will join our dynamic team to assist in the development, implementation, and support of next-generation Oracle Banking solutions. You will collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders on client projects, contributing to all phases of system development and delivery. This role offers valuable exposure to modern digital banking applications and growth within the global Oracle consulting ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
1-4 years experience in software development and/or implementation/support for banking solutions, with at least 1 year in relevant core areas.
Knowledge of software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices technologies, JavaScript, and XML.
Familiarity with application server software, particularly Oracle WebLogic.
Experience with release management, source control, and issue tracking tools.
Exposure to the banking domain and digital banking applications.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Willingness to work offshore and travel to client locations as needed.
Flexibility to work in shifts and undertake Oracle Banking/FLEXCUBE certifications.
Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (18c or 12c).
Familiarity with Oracle OBIEE Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion SOA Suite, or related middleware.
Exposure to Agile, DevOps, cloud/SaaS deployments, and automated testing tools.
Awareness of software development processes and best practices.

Ensure delivery of quality code and proper knowledge transfer at the end of project tasks.
Track and report project status, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner to supervisors.
Complete timesheet and expense submissions promptly, following organizational guidelines.
Engage with clients on technical matters, actively supporting solution presentations.
