Job Description:

1- Execution and supervision of civil maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects.

2- Planning and monitoring of civil works, contractor deployment, work fronts and schedules.

3- Review of drawings, BOQs, specifications and quantity measurements/billing.

4- Supervision of RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing, painting and building works.

5- Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Projects, Safety, Purchase and other stakeholders.

6- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and site requirements.

7- Preparation of estimates, scope of work, technical evaluations and work completion documentation.
