Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Staff role. The team member will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, preparing and serving a variety of chai and snacks, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth service at the outlet. The Staff will uphold the brand's commitment to delivering a superior customer experience in accordance with Chaayos standards. This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication and customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Basic understanding or ability to quickly learn food preparation processes and hygiene standards
- Efficient multitasking and time-management skills to ensure smooth daily operations
- Familiarity with cash handling and basic inventory management is an advantage
- Team coordination and collaboration skills to maintain a cohesive work environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
