Staff Augmentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and provide solutions
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen candidates, coordinate technical interviews, and select candidates aligned with client requirements
• Negotiate rates, contract terms, and conditions with clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for staffing activities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, IT candidates, and internal teams
• Analyze data and track key metrics using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
