Shift Timing

Fixed Night Shift (IST): 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Role Overview

Work with Canadian clients from our Noida Sector 62 office and gain hands-on exposure to Canadian bookkeeping, tax, and compliance while supporting a British Columbia–based accounting firm.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of accounting experience (Canadian/ US firm experience strongly preferred)
• CA Inter candidates or those who have completed articleship are welcome to apply
• Prior full night-shift work experience is a strong plus
• Must be comfortable commuting to Noida Sector 62 for night shift hours

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & reconciliations (Excel, QuickBooks Online)
• GST/HST/PST, payroll taxes, and corporate tax support
• Financial statement working papers
• Payroll processing and client onboarding
• Professional client communication via email and phone

Tools & Skills

• QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• Excel & MS Office (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
• Strong written and spoken English communication, comfortable with Canadian/American accents

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field preferred)
