Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant, located in Ludhiana. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role includes processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, assisting in budget preparation, and supporting audits. The candidate will also be involved in analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciling accounts
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Experience with financial analysis and budget preparation
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in fashion or retail industry accounting is a plus
