You will work closely with various teams across FARO CREAFORM while helping maintain the integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries while ensuring the accuracy of financial data
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when required
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities
• Analyze financial information and provide insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audit processes
• Contribute to process improvements and accounting system optimization initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across FARO CREAFORM to ensure efficient financial operations
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed At FARO CREAFORM

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA designation completed or in progress is considered a strong asset
• Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingualism in English is an asset; frequent collaboration with international colleagues and business partners may require communication in English
