This is a full-time, on-site role for a STAAD Pro Designer based in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The STAAD Pro Designer will be responsible for creating structural designs and engineering analyses using STAAD Pro software. Daily tasks include developing accurate 3D designs, conducting structural load analysis, collaborating with architects and civil engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes. Additional responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed project reports, providing technical support during construction, and ensuring timely delivery of project designs.

• Proficiency in STAAD Pro software, structural analysis, and design
• Strong foundation in civil engineering and architectural collaboration
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Experience with NOC documentation, layout approvals, and land development processes
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Indian construction codes and standards
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or government infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
