We are looking for experienced Software Test Analysts (STA) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Service Workspace (CSW).

Client: Infosys

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: PAN India

Notice period: Immediate / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW applications
• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for requirement understanding and validation
• Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps
• Participate in test planning, test estimation, and reporting
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW testing
• Experience with Azure DevOps (test case management, defect tracking)
• Exposure to Assistance and/or Insurance domain
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
