Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th pass or above
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Gender: Male / Female
Language Requirement
- JLPT N4 level (must pass before interview)
- Speaking Level: N3 level required before entering Japan
Certification Requirement
- Must obtain SSW Accommodation Certificate by July
Roles & Responsibilities
Department: Hotel Operations
Candidates will be trained and may work across multiple departments:
- Accommodation / Front OfficeGuest check-in & check-out
- Customer service and guest support
- Food & BeveragesAssisting in restaurant service
- Basic food handling and service support
- ReservationsHandling bookings and inquiries
- SalesSupporting hotel promotions and customer engagement
- AccountingBasic billing and transaction handling
- PurchasingManaging supplies and inventory
Key Skills
- Good communication skills in Japanese
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a team and shift environment
- Basic computer knowledge (for reservations & billing)
