Role: Solution Integrator ( SSTP / SMSC / VAS )

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, interoperability, regression, and end-to-end testing for messaging and signaling platforms.
• Validate messaging services across SSTP, SMSC, and Value-Added Service (VAS) environments.
• Perform SMS delivery validation, signaling route verification, and interconnect testing activities.
• Execute roaming, messaging, and signaling service validation scenarios.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of messaging and signaling service problems.
• Conduct interoperability and operational acceptance testing across multi-vendor environments.
• Support defect analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action validation.
• Work closely with architecture, testing, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation and service readiness.

Required Skills & Expertise

Messaging & Signaling Domain

• Strong knowledge of telecom messaging and signaling platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SSTP, SMSC, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Strong understanding of SS7, SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL, SCCP, and TCAP protocols.
• Experience validating SMS delivery, routing, and interconnect scenarios.
• Knowledge of roaming service testing and signaling validation procedures.
• Strong understanding of telecom signaling architecture and service flows.

Telecom Testing & Validation

• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and validation plans.
• Strong expertise in functional, interoperability, end-to-end, regression, and operational acceptance testing.
• Ability to perform network upgrade validation and production verification activities.
• Experience documenting test execution evidence and validation artifacts.

Trace Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Strong expertise in signaling trace and protocol analysis.
• Experience analyzing protocol logs, SS7 signaling traces, SIGTRAN traces, and PCAP captures.
• Ability to isolate faults and identify root causes across messaging and signaling services.
• Experience supporting defect investigations and service restoration activities.
