Qualification & Eligibility:
- Must have cleared CTET or any State TET.
- PhD (Pursuing or Awarded) in History / Polity / Geography / Economics will be given preference.
- Master's degree in a relevant Social Science discipline from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Pedagogy and learner-centric teaching approaches.
- Must have sound knowledge of descriptive (conventional) question writing techniques.
- Good command over teaching examination patterns, syllabus, and evaluation criteria.
- Ability to design content aligned with exam-oriented requirements and learning outcomes.
Working Experience:
● 1.5-2.5 years of experience in content creation or teaching.
Skill Sets:
- Must have good conceptual knowledge of the subject.
- Content creation as per the exam requirements along with the solution in understandable format for the students.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheet, Google Doc, AI Tools handling.
- Good proficiency in English and Hindi both languages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must have good experience & understanding of all the teaching examinations.
- Must be able to frame teaching PGT level questions and explain the solutions easily and understandably without plagiarism of the subject.
- Must possess good descriptive writing skills.
- Must be able to create various types of practice content required for teaching exams.
- Doubt resolution within the time frame.
- Exam research of different examinations of Teaching.
- Must know the Google Sheets working, and Chat GPT Functioning.
