Eligibility & Key Requirements
- Master's Degree in Sociology / Social Sciences / Humanities or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 23 years of teaching experience in Social Science subjects at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills.
- Ability to engage students through discussions, projects, and inquiry-based learning.
- Passion for encouraging critical thinking and conceptual understanding in Social Science subjects.
- Willingness to relocate to Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Social Science / Sociology aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Participate in curriculum planning, school activities, and academic initiatives.
