About the Company

Oracle's Global Revenue Recognition team is seeking an SSP Analyst / Global Functional Expert to support global Standalone Selling Price study processes, compliance analysis, audit documentation, and finance system initiatives.

About the Role

In this role, you will support quarterly SSP study activities, prepare and validate financial data, analyze compliance calculations and pricing bands, document SSP conclusions, support audit requirements, and partner with Finance and IT teams on process and system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze quarterly SSP study data in line with approved timelines and study plans.
  • Track SSP study progress using GRID-based workflow tools and support timely completion of deliverables.
  • Validate transactional data, SSP percentages, compliance calculations, pricing bands, and period-over-period variances.
  • Prepare compliance comparisons, accounting memos, variance explanations, and audit-ready support documentation.
  • Perform completeness, accuracy, clerical, and transactional testing to support controls and audit requirements.
  • Maintain evidence related to baseline scripts, reporting methodologies, source system parameters, study assumptions, and inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Partner with Revenue Recognition, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams on production issues, system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
  • Identify process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities to improve SSP processes, documentation, and controls.

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance, revenue recognition, accounting operations, financial analysis, compliance, or a related business process role.
  • Understanding of SSP concepts, revenue recognition, compliance requirements, audit support, or finance controls.
  • Strong ability to analyze, validate, and explain complex financial or transactional data.
  • Experience supporting recurring finance processes with defined timelines, controls, and deliverables.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with finance systems, ERP modules, reporting tools, workflow tools, or revenue management systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle finance systems, Oracle APEX Revenue Management modules, GRID, or similar tools.
  • Experience with SSP studies, ASC 606 / IFRS 15, revenue accounting, or global revenue recognition compliance.
  • Experience preparing audit evidence, control documentation, accounting memos, or management review materials.
  • Experience supporting automation, system enhancements, UAT, production support, or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.
