ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
As a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she will possess technical expertise in :
  • SAN - HPE XP7/XP8, Primera, 3PAR
  • NAS - Dell PowerScale (formerly ISILON)
  • Brocade SAN Fabric
  • Storage Replication technologies
  • Storage failover/failback in Disaster Recovery operations
  • Basic working knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Operating Systems and storage-related software & configuration parameters
  • Basic working knowledge of High-Availability solution - Microsoft Cluster Service and Veritas InfoScale
  • Scripting / automation experience
  • Work with tools such as CyberArk (privileged access management), OMI suite (events/alerts management)

    As a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she is able to work in shift / weekend / Oncall support.

Shift timing, split in 4 different shifts, begins from Monday 0430 IST and ends on Saturday approx. 0030 IST.
