Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

4+ years expertise supporting applications around Identity and Access Management

Provide the ongoing maintenance and support for access provisioning

Applications in scope.

  • Participate in application upgrade and testing of access provisioning
  • applications in scope
  • Analyze, and troubleshoot issues with access provisioning applications and provide support addressing.

Problem Resolution for Users

Bug and Issue Tracking/Resolution

Data Discrepancy Resolution

Supporting Application Maintenance including:

Application Change Control Management

Communications Creation, Distribution and Archival

Service Center Queue Monitoring and Issue Resolution

Individual and Group Training Upon Request

Regulatory Compliance and Validation

Process, User Guide and Training Documentation

Issue/Outage escalation contact

Provisioning infrastructure

Ensure maximum availability of the Access Provisioning service

Respond rapidly to incidents, outages, or potential degradations

Verify that monitoring of the service is functioning as designed

Ensure redundancy of the environment, eliminating single points of failure

Perform periodic review for the services as per the documentation

Provide second level of support for the issues of Access Provisioning Infrastructure.

Execute the work as per the approved Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

Modification and Creation of new SOP's & WI's as service matures or changes

  • Stakeholder Management:

oWork closely with clients to understand their security requirements and deliver customized testing solutions.

oProvide detailed reports and presentations on security findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

oCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Compliance, to ensure holistic security coverage.

  • Training & Mentoring:

oMentor junior security engineers and provide training on application security testing tools and techniques.

oStay updated with the latest security trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge within the team.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

oEnsure all application security testing activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client policies.

oMaintain thorough documentation of testing processes, findings, and remediation efforts.
