Project Description:

The role involves providing production support for enterprise applications with a focus on SSIS, SQL, and automation. You will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. The position requires hands-on experience with ITIL practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in rotational shifts except for night shifts.


Responsibilities

  • :Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support across assigned applications, with primary ownership of SSIS-based solution
  • sAct as the primary SSIS developer responsible for design, development, enhancement, and stabilization of SSIS packages in productio
  • nManage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes, with a strong focus on permanent resolutio
  • nPerform daily monitoring and proactively address application, data, or job failure
  • sAnalyse root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term fixes within SSIS and related data workflow
  • sDesign, optimize, and maintain Control-M job schedules integrated with SSIS and SQL-based workflow
  • sEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of SSIS packages through effective error handling and performance tunin
  • gCoordinate closely with development, data, and business teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issue
  • sCreate Python scripts to automate repetitive or manual support activities related to data and batch processin
  • gBuild automation solutions that reduce operational effort and improve overall support efficienc
  • yUse Excel Macros or VBA where required for operational automation or reporting need
  • sCommunicate clearly with stakeholders and provide regular updates on incidents, fixes, and improvement
