SSIS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ETL packages using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Develop complex data transformation workflows to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Extract data from various source systems, including relational databases, flat files, XML, and APIs.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize SSIS packages for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to ETL processes, data flows, and technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
• Support data migration and integration initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing ETL solutions with SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with SQL Server databases and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Understanding of data integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems and deployment automation.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
