  1. Ensure 100% compliance and implementation of Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) activities as per the RFCTLARR Act, State R&R Policy, MCL guidelines and company SOPs.
  2. Conduct due diligence, verification and documentation of eligible PAPs/PDFs, including collection of Aadhaar, PAN, certified RoR, educational and residence certificates, electoral rolls and Declaration Forms A & B.
  3. Prepare, maintain and regularly update category-wise master databases and individual employment files covering PAPs/PDFs, sponsors, employment, financial benefits, land details, and other R&R records with 100% data accuracy.
  4. Ensure timely processing and disbursement of approved R&R benefits, including employment, financial assistance and livelihood restoration measures with effective monitoring of rehabilitation progress.
  5. Facilitate lawful demolition of structures and secure clear physical possession of acquired/cleared land while maintaining complete physical and digital documentation.
  6. Maintain effective liaison with District Administration, Revenue Authorities, MCL and other Government Departments, ensuring timely statutory submissions, approvals, certifications, inspections, and closure of action points.
  7. Build strong stakeholder and community relationships through Gram Sabha/Public Consultation meetings, engagement with village committees and community leaders, transparent communication and proactive grievance resolution.
  8. Coordinate CSR and community development initiatives, identify potential social risks/conflicts and undertake measures to maintain community satisfaction and minimize disputes.
  9. Coordinate land, R&R and legal documentation, support litigation management, maintain case records, monitor pending legal matters and submit periodic legal status reports.
  10. Identify and mitigate R&R, statutory, legal and project-related risks, ensuring compliance with document retention requirements and zero loss of critical records.
  11. Ensure 100% audit and statutory compliance through proper documentation, timely reporting, transparent processes and continuous monitoring of R&R, government liaison, stakeholder, and legal activities.

Graduate in any discipline

6-10 years of relevant eperience in handling land & r &r

Knowledge of relevant laws governing land acquisition

Degree in Law will be preferred
