Job Description
The SSH - Key Account Manager - SIS & Key Accounts-Domestic Business is a pivotal role within the Modern Trade department, responsible for managing and expanding key accounts to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. The Deputy Manager will be tasked with developing and executing sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. The role demands excellent communication skills and proficiency in data analytics to interpret market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesbr Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionbr Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growthbr Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goalsbr Develop the longterm Sales strategy based on the overall organization strategy past volumes projected volumes customer expectations and growth plansbr Development and expansion of existing channel partner and addition of new channel partner all across Indiabr Develop the business plan Monitor the performance against the set targets performance benchmarks and identify and drive implementation of corrective actionsbr Accountable for all ledgers accountability like DNCN CForms Discountsbr Ensure Growth Over Last Year In Given Number of Stores as per the ABP
