Job Description
The Deputy Manager for the SSH Area Sales Manager - B2B Domestic Business will be instrumental in shaping and executing the business development strategy for corporate and government clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of sales management and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in negotiation and networking to foster strong relationships with institutional clients. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and ensuring alignment with the Annual Business Plan. The role requires a proactive approach to onboarding new customers and achieving targeted retention rates. A deep understanding of domestic trade and a global mindset are essential to excel in this position. The Deputy Manager will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to the overall success of the institution.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored for corporate and government clientsbrEngage with institutional and corporate clients to manage and enhance corporate distribution and sales channelsbrDrive revenue growth through direct selling initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesbrAchieve the Annual Sales Target as outlined in the Annual Business Plan ensuring all sales activities are aligned with organizational goalsbrEnsure that margin percentages meet or exceed the expectations set forth in the Annual Business PlanbrOnboard new customers in accordance with budgetary goals expanding the client base and market reachbrAchieve targeted customer retention rates by fostering strong longterm relationships with clients
