>Failure Identification and Recording,
> Ensuring all product failures are accurately identified, recorded, and categorized
> Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Efficienc-Timely root cause analyses for identified product failures
>New product Development.
>Execution thru PLM to enable real time pate to all stake holders
> Regular review to check Plan Vs Actual (Service strategy, DFS, service manual)
>Training To enhance the competency of Engineers / Channel partners.
