  • Administer and support Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product rules, price rules, bundles, discounting, approvals, and quote templates.
  • Support Revenue Cloud capabilities including quoting, pricing, contract lifecycle considerations, and revenue workflows across Sales Cloud.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to maintain accurate pricing, product catalogs, and revenue processes.
  • Assist in the administration and optimization of Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce features to improve user productivity and customer engagement.
  • Support automation and intelligence use cases leveraging Salesforce AI, flows, and guided selling experiences.
  • Troubleshoot CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce-related issues and coordinate with Salesforce Support and implementation partners as needed.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Must-Have Skills

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals). • Working knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud concepts and integrations with Sales Cloud and Finance processes. • Experience supporting or administering Agent force or Salesforce AI-driven features (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, agent productivity tools, automation). • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (QTC) and revenue lifecycle processes. • Ability to translate complex business and pricing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Extensive experience in the administration, maintenance, and upgrades of salesforce systems, and ensuring successful integrations. • Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce data and objects. • In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities. • Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports. • Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
