Responsibilities
- Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
- Write well-tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
- Own the project, lead and manage the team, and own communication with the customers.
- Take the project ahead on the technical goals.
- Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
- Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.
- Ensure effective translation of customer requirements and business needs to technical solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development and programming, of which at least 1+ year should be in leading a team of developers.
You Must Have
- Good skills in Problem Solving, Analytical thinking, Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Excellent hands-on coding in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with a crisp understanding of the development process using Git and code reviews.
- Excellent hands-on development using Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Caches and Event Driven Systems.
- Hands-on development using CI, CD and Containerized applications in Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
- Team Player attitude with excellent skills to lead.
It Will Be Nice If You Have The Following
- Passport to travel on a needed basis in a suitable environment. Better still if you have a valid US Business Visa.
- Worked on high-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in running training and up-skilling camps.
