SSD Validation Engineer ( Immediate Joiners)

We are seeking an experienced SSD Validation Engineer to join our client's cutting-edge technology team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of SSDs through comprehensive testing and validation. You will work on high-performance NVMe and PCIe-based SSDs, conducting root cause analysis, automation, and firmware debugging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SSD validation across different stages (EVT, DVT).
• Debug and analyze SSD firmware failures, conducting root cause investigations.
• Work with NVMe/PCIe specifications to validate SSD performance and compliance.
• Develop automated test scripts using Java, C++, C, or Python.
• Utilize SSD verification tools (NVMe CLI, Oakgate, LeCroy, Sanblaze).
• Work with Linux environments and automation tools like Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SSD performance.

Requirements

• Expertise in SSD validation, firmware development, or failure analysis.
• Strong knowledge of NVMe and PCIe specifications.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, C, Python.
• Experience with SSD testing tools.
• Knowledge of NAND policies, OCP, ZNS, MFND, SRIOV is a plus.
• Linux internals and automation experience preferred.
