Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair camera issues, including lens, sensor, and other components.
- Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting at the customer site or at Workshop.
- Support of the customer regarding technical problems.
- Ordering of spare parts when required with customer approval.
- Installation of modifications when required.
- Writing of technical reports, recording any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department.
