Support and troubleshoot Actimize AIS/RCM, batch cycles, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage, configure, upgrade and optimize WebSphere environments (deployments, JVM tuning, SSL, clustering).
- Perform daily monitoring, incident response, and detailed root cause analysis.
- Automate deployments, patching, health checks, and operational tasks using shell scripts, Python, and Ansible playbooks.
- Execute production changes, release activities, and patching following change-management standards.
- Maintain observability through logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
- Support platform upgrades, DR exercises, and environment stability improvements
Mandatory Skills
Actimize, WebSphere and Linux platform.
Unix shell, Python, Ansible.
